When should I arrive at Madina?

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment. If this is your first visit please allow enough time before you treatment starts to fill in any details.

What if I am late?

We love to accommodate all our clients so please respect our time. If you arrive late we will finish your treatment on time as not to inconvenience our next client, however our fee remains the same.

Appointments

We encourage our clients to book appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings made on the day of service and walk in appointments are always welcome subject to availability.

Cancellations

We greatly appreciate 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or re arrange your appointment we do not accept cancellations through e mails.

Your time

Your time with us is all about you. We want you to experience pure indulgence so whether it is the music or the amount of pressure in your massage for complete relaxation. Also for the comfort of others we ask that you turn your mobile phone on silent or be switched off prior to the treatment.

Courses

Courses must be paid in full on the first appointment. The course must be completed within 6 months. Courses are non refundable and non transferable.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from issue date and are non refundable.
